Είναι οι πόνοι στο στήθος και η αρρωστοφοβία σημάδια άγχους;
Καλησπέρα . Είμαι άνδρας 22 ετών . Λόγω ξαφνικών κρίσεων πανικού αγχώθηκα για την υγεία μου . Έκανα γενικές & ειδικές εξετάσεις , καρδιογράφημα και triplex καρδιάς . Όλα βγήκαν φυσιολογικά . Με πιάνουν ωστόσο συχνά πόνοι στο στήθος και κοντά στη μασχάλη και πανικοβάλλομαι ενώ δεν πρέπει, εφόσον ξέρω ότι είμαι υγιής σωματικά χωρίς κάποια ασθένεια ή οτιδήποτε άλλο . Ζητάω συχνά επιβεβαίωση από γιατρούς ή νοσηλευτές για να καταλάβω ότι δεν έχω κάτι . Αυτό που βιώνω είναι αρρωστοφοβία ; Οι πόνοι δεν είναι δυνατοί αλλά και πάλι ταράζομαι
