Χρόνος ανάρρωσης μετά από επέμβαση ρήξης τρικέφαλου σε 50χρονο αθλητή;
Καλησπέρα, πριν μερικές ημέρες προσπάθησα να κρατήσω ένα αντικείμενο που έπεφτε και έπαθα ρήξη τρικέφαλου. Θα κάνω επέμβαση γιατί είναι ολική ρήξη. Πόσο χρόνο περίπου χρειάζεται για να επιστρέψω στο γυμναστήριο. Θα έχω προβλήματα στο μέλλον. Είμαι 50 ετών και γυμνάζομαι από πάντα με βάρη. Ευχαριστώ πολύ.
