Πόσος χρόνος χρειάζεται για ανάρρωση από διάστρεμμα 2ου βαθμού με σπασμένους συνδέσμους;
Καλησπέρα! Πριν 2 εβδομάδες έπαθα διάστρεμμα 2ου βαθμού, αφού είχα τραυματίσει άλλες δύο φορές το πόδι μέσα σε ένα μήνα. Έχουν σπάσει δύο σύνδεσμοι. Μπορώ και το πατάω, δεμένο βέβαια αλλά πονάει, κυρίως όταν είναι ακίνητο. Πρέπει να αρχίσω να το κινώ σιγά σιγά; Πόσο χρόνο χρειάζονται οι σύνδεσμοι να δέσουν; Ευχαριστώ πολύ.
