Τρέμουλο και πόνος μετά από οδοντιατρική αναισθησία χωρίς αδρεναλίνη: αιτίες;
Καλησπέρα σας! Αντιμετωπίζω ένα πρόβλημα με τον οδοντίατρο. Πριν περίπου έναν μήνα πήγα για εξαγωγή δοντιού, καθώς ο γιατρός μου έβαλε αναισθησία με αδρεναλίνη άρχισα να έχω τρέμουλο και ταχυπαλμία. Αυτά σταμάτησαν σε κάνα 10λεπτο 15λεπτο και στη συνέχεια δεν είχα κάτι αλλά ούτε κατάλαβα πόνο. Τώρα πήγα ξανά για μια απονεύρωση και παρόλο που μου έβαλε αναισθητικό χωρίς αδρεναλίνη ξεκίνησε ξανά το τρέμουλο (σε μικρότερο βαθμό) και καταλάβαινα πόνο, δεν με έπιασε. Έχει ξανά συμβεί με άλλον γιατρό πριν 2 χρόνια. Τι μπορεί να συμβαίνει; Φταίει το φάρμακο; να κάνω κάποιες εξετάσεις;

Το αναισθητικό χωρίς αδρεναλίνη που είναι ειδικό για καρδιοπαθείς δεν προκαλεί συμπτώματα ταχυπαλμίας κλπ. Αυτή όμως μπορεί να οφείλετε στο stress από την όλη διαδικασία! Σαφώς όμως η δράση του αναισθητικού χωρίς αδρεναλίνη δεν είναι τόσο ισχυρή και μπορεί να υπάρχει πόνος.

Αν ειστε καρδιολογικος ασθενης κανονικα χρησιμοποιειται αναισθητικο χωρις αγγειοαυσπαστικο (αδρεναλινη).αν δεν σας επιασε τη δευτερη φορα ισως δεν εγινε σωστα η επρεπε επιπροσθετα να γινει κ μια ενδοπολφικη.το τρεμουλο μπορει να οφειλοταν κ στο αγχος.
