Γνώμη για απόξεση ενδομητρίου σε 65χρονη με πάχος 8.5 χιλιοστά

Καλησπέρα σας. Είμαι 65 ετών. Πριν από 14 χρόνια έκανα απόξεση γιατί είχα λίγο αίμα. Η ιστολογική ανέφερε ενδομήτριο με ατελή ωρίμανση. Το 2023 είχα πάλι λίγο αίμα και βρέθηκε το ενδομήτριο 6 χιλ. Το ίδιο και το 2024 6 χιλ. Έκανα 2 φορές μαγνητική το ίδιο. Πριν 2 εβδομάδες έκανα υπέρηχο και μου το βρήκαν 8.5 χιλ. Μου είπε η γυναικολόγος για απόξεση πάλι. Θα ήθελα τη γνώμη σας παρακαλώ.     Δυστυχώς, το γεγονός ότι το ενδομήτριο έχει μεγαλώσει στα 8,5 χιλ. μετά την εμμηνόπαυση χρειάζεται έλεγχο γιατί ο υπέρηχος δεν μπορεί να δείξει με βεβαιότητα τι ακριβώς συμβαίνει. Γι’ αυτό θα ήταν καλύτερα αυτή τη φορά να γίνει υστεροσκόπηση αντί για απλή απόξεση, ώστε να μπορούμε να δούμε άμεσα το εσωτερικό της μήτρας και να πάρει στοχευμένα δείγματα. Έτσι θα έχετε μια πιο ασφαλή και ξεκάθαρη απάντηση και θα ξέρετε ακριβώς πώς να προχωρήσετε.
