Είναι σοβαρό το ανεύρυσμα στην ανιούσα αορτή 49mm για 63χρονο;
Καλησπέρα!! Θα ήθελα να ρωτήσω κάτι που αφορά το μπαμπά μου. Είναι 63 χρόνων 110 κιλά και ύψος 1,85!! Έχει κολπική μαρμαρυγή με αγωγή xarelto,πριν δύο χρόνια που τοποθέτησαν holter για μόνιμη παρακολούθηση,η πίεση του είναι 14 με 9 και οι παλμοί γύρω στους 90! Στον ετήσιο έλεγχο βρέθηκε ένα ανεύρυσμα στη καρδιά,η αξονική έδειξε εύρος ανιουσας αορτής 49mm στο ύψος του διχασμού των πνευμονικών αγγείων,κατιούσα αορτή ισοϋψως 36mm και αορτικου τόξου 35mm .Το σπινθηρογράφημα έδειξε ότι δεν αναδείχθηκε αξιολόγησιμη ισχαιμία του μυοκαρδίου!!Πόσο σοβαρό είναι? Θα χρειαστεί χειρουργείο?

Χρειάζεται τακτική παρακολούθηση ανά 6 μηνο με αγωγή διότι είναι οριακά μέσα στα φυσιολογικά πλαίσια οι μετρήσεις του ! -
Για την καρδιά πιθανότατα όχι ,μιλά όμως με αγγειοχειρουργο για το ανευρυσμα
