Διπλή αορτική βαλβίδα με στένωση από 28 σε 32: είναι ανησυχητικό;

Καλησπέρα. έχω διπλή αορτική βαλβίδα με μέτρια στένωση την οποία παρακολουθώ κάθε χρόνο. Όμως σε πρόσφατη επίσκεψη στον καρδιολόγο η στένωση από 28 ανέβηκε 32. Είναι ανησυχητικό;
