Αιματολογικές τιμές και υγεία σε άνδρα 50 ετών με έλκος και πέτρες νεφρών
Καλησπέρα! Είμαι Άνδρας 50 χρόνων και πρόσφατα έκανα εξετάσεις και βρήκα ότι έχω 37,2 αιματοκρίτη αιμοσφαιρίνη 12,5 ερυθρά αιμοσφαίρια 4,21 φερριτίνη 306 και σίδηρο 172. Να πω εδώ ότι έχω έλκος δωδεκαδακτύλου και στομάχου και πέτρες και στους δύο νεφρούς που συχνά μου κάνουν κολικούς. Πέρσι είχα πάνω κάτω τις ίδιες τιμές με μόνη διαφορά 270 φερριτίνη και 39 αιματοκρίτη και σίδηρο 116 επίσης καρκινικοί και δείκτες ηπατίτιδας φυσιολογικοί. Τι θα πρέπει να κάνω; Να ανησυχώ; Υ.Γ. παίρνω γαστροπροστασία και 2 χάπια για την καλή και κακή χοληστερόλη έχω αφαίρεση τη χολή και σε u/s και αξονική άνω κάτω κοιλίας έχω λιπώδη διήθηση με τα υπόλοιπα φυσιολογικά. Αν η γαστροσκόπηση σας είναι πρόσφατη να κάνετε καταρχήν κολονοσκόπηση, αν όχι τότε και τα δύο. Άμεσα.

Αυτό θέλει αρκετή συζήτηση επί του ιστορικού. Το έλκος που αναφέρατε είναι από το παρελθόν ή πρόσφατο? η διάγνωση έγινε με γαστροσκόπηση και αν ναι, πόσο πρόσφατα? ο αιματοκρίτης σας πόσο καιρό είναι κάτω από 40?
Με βάση όσα αναφέρατε έχω να κάνω 2 συστάσεις : να κάνετε κολονοσκόπηση εάν δεν έχετε κάνει και επίσης να αποφύγετε τελείως κάθε αντιφλεγμονώδες παυσίπονο (ακόμα και περιστασιακή χρήση τους επηρεάζει το πεπτικό).
