Πόσος χρόνος χρειάζεται για βελτίωση ακράτειας με φαρμακευτική αγωγή;

Καλησπέρα σας, Έχω ήπιας μορφής ακράτεια, είμαι 48 χρονών δεν έχω γεννήσει ποτέ, πήρα τη φαρμακευτική αγωγή του θεράποντα ιατρού, έχω σχεδόν 20 ημέρες που κάνω την αγωγή αλλά δεν έχω δει καμία βελτίωση. Μήπως γνωρίζετε πόσο διάστημα χρειάζεται για να αρχίσει να με βοηθάει; Ευχαριστώ πολύ!
