Φαγούρα μετά από υστερεκτομή και χρήση σερβιετών: λύσεις;

Πριν από 6 μήνες έκανα ολική υστερεκτομή είχα πριν την επέμβαση ακράτεια ούρων η οποία συνεχίζεται κάνω θεραπεία για αυτό αλλά φορώ συνέχεια ειδικές σερβιέτες και έχω συνεχώς φαγούρα εξωτερικά στην περιοχή των γεννητικών οργάνων όταν χρησιμοποιώ κορτιζονούχα αλοιφές σταματά μα πάλι συνεχίζει και μερικές φορές είναι αφόρητη τι να κάνω;
