Απώλεια ούρων με αρνητικές εξετάσεις και πρόσφατα ρυθμισμένο Hashimoto, τι να κάνω;
Καλησπέρα είμαι 30 και ξαφνικά εδώ και μια βδομαδα νιώθω στη διάρκεια όλης της ημέρα διαρροή ούρων. Δεν είναι ότι δεν προλαβαίνω να πάω τουαλετα και μου φεύγουν απλά όλη μέρα φεύγουν σταγόνες . Ο υπέρηχος κύστης δεν έδειξε κάτι όπως και η αξονική όπως και η καλλιέργεια ούρων αρνητική. Έχω hashimoto θυρεοειδή από ιστορικό που πρόσφατα ρυθμίστηκε. Δεν έχω άλλα συμπτώματα. Τι χρειάζεται να κάνω ; Ανησυχώ. Ευχαριστώ πολυ

Καλησπέρα σας,χρειάζεται να κάνετε μια κυστεοσκοπηση για να αποκλείσετε παθολογικά αίτια και μετά ίσως χρειαστεί να κάνετε πυελικές ασκήσεις.Δεν γνωρίζω αν έχετε δυσκοιλιότητα ή οποία επηρεάζει την ούρηση ή ανχος,στρες ή αν λαμβάνετε φάρμακα αγχολυτικά ή αντικαταθλιπτικά τα οποία μειώνουν τον έλεγχο της κύστεως ,μείωση καφεΐνης και αλκοόλ.Καλη συνέχεια και Ευχαριστώ πολύ
