Γιατί βλέπω λίγες σταγόνες κόκκινο αίμα στο χαρτί υγείας μετά την τουαλέτα χωρίς άλλα συμπτώματα;

Καλημέρα! Εδώ και λίγα χρόνια βλέπω περιστασιακά μετά την τουαλέτα λίγο ανοιχτό κόκκινο αίμα στο χαρτί υγείας (λίγες σταγόνες) περίπου ανά 2-3 μήνες που υποχωρεί χωρίς να χρειαστεί αλοιφή κτλ. Χωρίς άλλα συμπτώματα (καμιά φορά ίσως ελαφρύς ερεθισμός στην περιοχή που φεύγει όμως κι αυτό από μόνο του μετά από λίγο). Είναι μάλλον αιμορροΐδες ή κάτι πιο σοβαρό; Γενικά ανησυχώ πολύ και στο ίντερνετ διαβάζω όλα τα αρνητικά σενάρια. Ευχαριστώ πολύ για τη βοήθειά σας!
