Πώς να αντιμετωπίσω πέτρες στις αμυγδαλές χωρίς αφαίρεση;

Έχω πέτρες στις αμυγδαλές εδώ και πολλά χρόνια. Τις καθαρίζω με το water flosser αλλά έχω βαρεθεί να με απασχολεί τόσο πολύ. Υπάρχει τρόπος να τις αντιμετωπίσω χωρίς να αφαιρέσω τις αμυγδαλές μου; Ευχαριστώ :))
