Neonaki Eirona is a Speech Therapist with 20 years of experience working with children and adolescents facing various speech, language, and communication difficulties. She studied in Greece and the United Kingdom and holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Logopaedics (Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh, 2004), a Postgraduate Diploma in Speech and Language Therapy (City University, London, 2009), and a Master of Science in Speech and Language Therapy (City University, London, 2013). Since 2004, she has worked clinically in public and private settings in Athens, London, and Surrey, with children and adults presenting with speech, language, fluency, and communication disorders. Having attended and participated in numerous seminars, conferences, and training sessions, she applies her expertise in various intervention methods and therapeutic programs. Alongside her clinical work, she teaches Speech Therapy students at the Metropolitan College. Additionally, she collaborates with and supervises fellow speech therapists, providing guidance on their cases. Her research interests focus on speech and language processing, language acquisition, and speech, language, and communication disorders.
