Επιστημονική Υπεύθυνη και ιδιοκτήτρια του Κέντρου είναι η Λογοθεραπεύτρια Πέτρου Σύλα. Είναι απόφοιτη του τμήματος Λογοθεραπείας του Α.Τ.Ε.Ι. Πατρών και εξειδικεύτηκε ως φωνοθεραπεύτρια και στις Νευρογενείς Κινητικές Διαταραχές Ομιλίας - Φωνής και Κατάποσης.
