Είμαι Υπαρξιακή Συστημική Ψυχοθεραπεύτρια και Κοινωνική Λειτουργός με 22 χρόνια εμπειρίας στον χώρο της ψυχικής υγείας και της κοινωνικής φροντίδας.

Σπούδασα Κοινωνική Εργασία στο Τ.Ε.Ι. Αθήνας. Στη συνέχεια ολοκλήρωσα 6 ετή εκπαίδευση στην Υπαρξιακή Συστημική – Οικογενειακή Ψυχοθεραπεία και τριετή εκπαίδευση σε ομάδα Γενεόγραμματος στο Ψυχοθεραπευτικό Ινστιτούτο ΑΝΤΙΣΤΙΞΗ, υπό την εποπτεία των Παιδοψυχιάτρων – Ψυχοθεραπευτών Δημήτρη και Ελένης Καραγιάννη. Παράλληλα με την εκπαίδευση μου συμμετείχα επί 6 χρόνια σε ομάδα αυτογνωσίας για την προσωπική μου εξέλιξη. Είμαι πιστοποιημένη ψυχοθεραπεύτρια από την ΕΛΕΣΥΘ (Ελληνική Εταιρεία Συστημικής Οικογενειακής Θεραπείας). Επίσης έχω ολοκληρώσει εκπαίδευση ενός έτους στην μέθοδο Gordon-Εκπαίδευση του αποτελεσματικού γονέα.  Παρακολουθώ συστηματικά επιστημονικά συνέδρια και εκπαιδευτικά σεμινάρια σχετικά με την ψυχοθεραπεία και τη δυναμική των σχέσεων.

Έχω πολυετή εμπειρία στον δημόσιο τομέα, με αντικείμενο την κοινωνική υποστήριξη οικογενειών, θετών και αναδόχων γονέων, καθώς και την εκπαίδευση τους. Η επαγγελματική μου εμπειρία έχει ενισχύσει τη βαθιά μου κατανόηση για τη λειτουργία της οικογένειας και τις ανάγκες των ανθρώπων μέσα στα σύγχρονα κοινωνικά πλαίσια.

Η δουλειά μου επικεντρώνεται στη δημιουργία ενός σταθερού πλαισίου με αποδοχή και σεβασμό όπου ο άνθρωπος μπορεί να εκφράσει ελεύθερα τα συναισθήματα του, να επεξεργαστεί τα βιώματα του, να επαναπροσδιορίσει τις σχέσεις του, να κατανοήσει και να αγαπήσει τον εαυτό του.Η θεραπευτική διαδικασία στοχεύει στην ενίσχυση της αυτογνωσίας, τη συναισθηματική ωριμότητα, την έμπνευση και την ανάληψη της προσωπικής ευθύνης καθώς και τη δημιουργία λειτουργικών σχέσεων. 

Συνεργάζομαι με ενήλικες, εφήβους, ζευγάρια, οικογένειες που επιθυμούν να βελτιώσουν την επικοινωνία τους, να φροντίσουν τις σχέσεις τους, να δώσουν χώρο στα συναισθήματα τους και να τα επεξεργαστούν, να αναπτύξουν βαθύτερη κατανόηση και επαφή με τον εαυτό τους και τους άλλους. Να δημιουργούν σχέσεις με αυθεντικότητα, τρυφερότητα και ισορροπία και να ζουν με πληρότητα και χαρά!
