Εντονη ζαλη σε αλλαγη πλευρού και κίνηση κεφαλής κατά τον ύπνο

Στον υπνο μου ενω πηγα να γυρισω πλευρο εννιωσα ξαφνικα μια πολύ δυνατη ζαλη σαν να γυρνούσε το κεφαλι μου και το δωμάτιο μαζι με ταχύτητα απίστευτη.Παρατήρησα οτι αυτό συνέβαινε σε καθε κινηση του κεφαλιού μου και οταν προσπαθουσα να σηκωθώ σπό το κρεβατι και ο χρονος που διαρκούσε ηταν δευτερόλεπτα.Οταν περπατω δεν ζαλιζομαι μονο οταν ειμαι ξαπλωμεμη και στη προσπαθεια μου να να ξαπλώσω η να σηκωθω.
