Ουρία 106, ουρικό οξύ 10,6, πόνος στο πόδι: Τι να κάνω;
Καλησπέρα σας ! Έχω τη μαμά μου με ουρία 106, και ουρικό οξύ 10, 6 και είναι 67 χρόνων. Ο παθολόγος μας έδωσε το ζιλαπούρ 300 και παίρνει μισό χαπάκι και σήμερα πονάει στο πόδι. Τι να κάνω?

Καλησπέρα σας,αρχικά πρέπει να την δει ιατρός γιατί πρώτον γράφεται πονάει το πόδι..που πονάει;όλο το πόδι ή σε ενα σημείο είναι σημαντική αυτή η διευκρίνιση δεύτερον έχει φλεγμονή εκεί που πονάει; Και αυτό σημαντικό,τρίτον πόσο διάστημα πέρνει το zylapour?
Και τεταρτον μου γράφετε μόνο την ουρία πόσο κρεατινινη έχει γιατί η τιμή της ουρίας είναι αυξημένη οπότε σίγουρα είναι αυξημένη και η κρεατινινη με λίγα λόγια πιθανόν χρειάζεται και Νεφρολόγο.Επίσης εκτός του φαρμάκου για το ουρικό χρειάζεται και διατροφή και νερό που πρέπει να κυμανθεί αν δεν έχει καρδιακή ανεπάρκεια σε 6-7 ποτήρια ημερησίως ή αν έχει καρδιακή ανεπάρκεια σε 5 ,γιατί... η ουρία αυξάνεται με την αφυδάτωση.Όπως και να έχει χρειάζεται να σας δει γιατρός εσείς αποφασίστε που θα πάτε και οπωσδήποτε και νεφρολόγο.Ελπίζω να βοήθησα καλή ανάρρωση.Ευχαριστώ πολύ Read more
