Είναι φυσιολογικές οι τιμές λευκώματος και κρεατινίνης στα ούρα μου;
Καλησπέρα σας, Είμαι 37 ετών. Τον Μάρτιο του 2023 έκανα μια γενική ούρων και μου βγήκε ένας σταυρός στο λεύκωμα και ερυθρά 7-10. Τον Μάιο έκανα πάλι γενική ούρων δεν βρέθηκε λεύκωμα αλλά τα ερυθρά ήταν 5-15. Έκανα εξέταση μέτρησης λευκώματος και κρεατινίνης σε 24ωρα ούρα και οι τιμές είναι: Λεύκωμα: 58,8 mg/24hr και κρεατινίνη 1240 mg/24hr. Η κρεατινίνη αίματος είναι 1,03 mg/dl και ουρία 32 mg/dl. Θα ήθελα να μου πείτε αν οι τιμές είναι φυσιολογικές? Ευχαριστώ πολύ

Καλησπέρα σας, οι τιμές είναι φυσιολογικές όμως έχετε νεφρική λειτουργία λίγο επηρεασμένη,το GFR είναι 70% καλό θα ήταν να επισκεφτείτε ενα γιατρό Νεφρολόγο να δει το ιστορικό σας αν περνετε φάρμακα για κάποια χρόνια νοσήματα ή για άλλους λόγους.Να κάνετε ενα υπέρηχο νεφρών.Αυτή είναι η γνώμη μου ελπίζω να βοήθησα.Ευχαριστώ πολύ.
