Άνδρας 31 ετών με κρεατινίνη 1,41 και eGFR 68 μετά από ίωση και ελλιπή ενυδάτωση, ανησυχία;

Άνδρας 31 ετών σε εξετάσεις ρουτίνας πρώτη φορά 1,41 κρεατινίνη με όριο 1,30 ουρία 30 ουρικό οξύ 4,9, άριστη γενική ούρων και eGFR 68 και όλες οι υπόλοιπες εξετάσεις άριστες. Να σημειώσω όταν έγιναν οι εξετάσεις η ενυδάτωση ήταν ελλιπής και υπήρχε ίωση. Συστήθηκε από την παθολόγο μικρό αλβουμίνη ούρων η οποία ήταν 5,4. Υπάρχει λόγος ανησυχίας?
