εχω συνθετο μικτο δυσπλαστικο σπιλο του δερματοσ με υψηλοβαθμη δυσπλασια WHO 2018,EΓΙΝΕ ΕΠΙ ΥΓΙΩΝ ΙΣΤΩΝ ΑΠΟΣΤΑΣΗ 2,6 ΜΜ απο το πλησιεστερο πλαγιο χειρουργικο οριο εκτομησ,και συνισταται σαν σχολιο συντηρητικη ευρεια εκτομη ,μπορει καποιος να μου πει τι γινεται#

Ο σύνθετος μικτός δυσπλαστικός σπίλος με υψηλόβαθμη δυσπλασία θεωρείται προκαρκινική αλλοίωση, δηλαδή έχει αυξημένο κίνδυνο εξέλιξης σε κακοήθεια αν δεν αφαιρεθεί πλήρως.
Η ιστολογική έκθεση αναφέρει ότι ο σπίλος αφαιρέθηκε με όρια 2,6 mm από τον πλησιέστερο χειρουργικό όριο, κάτι που θεωρείται οριακά ασφαλές. Γι’ αυτό, η σύσταση για "συντηρητική ευρεία εκτομή" σημαίνει ότι πιθανώς απαιτείται επέκταση της εκτομής, ώστε να εξασφαλιστούν μεγαλύτερα χειρουργικά όρια και να μειωθεί ο κίνδυνος υποτροπής ή περαιτέρω εξέλιξης.
