Πότε μπορώ να σηκώνω 20 κιλά μετά από ρομποτική αποκατάσταση κήλης;
Καλησπέρα σας.Στις 22 Απρ.25 έκανα με την τεχνική ETEΠ ρομποτικά,αποκατάσταση αμφω βουβωνοκηλης και ομφαλοκήλης.επειδη η δουλειά μου στο εξωτερικό,προϋποθέτει 1 φορά την εβδομάδα να ταξιδεύω αεροπορικώς και η βαλίτσα μου, ζυγίζει 20 κιλα και το σακίδιο πλάτης 11 κιλά.μετα από πόσο χρονικό διάστημα θα απολύτως ασφαλής για να σηκώνω αυτά τα κιλά χωρίς να υπάρχει ο κίνδυνος της υποτροπής?αυτά τα κιλά(20 η βαλίτσα και 11 το σακίδιο πλάτης)1 φορά την εβδομάδα θα πρέπει να τα σηκώνω και να τα βάζω στο αυτοκινητο και επίσης στο αεροδρόμιο στον έλεγχο ασφαλείας....σας ευχαριστώ

Κανονικα για 6 μηνες δεν πρεπει να σηκωνεις μεγαλα βαρη, διοτι υπαρχει περιπτωση υποτροπής. Τα κιλά που σηκωνεις ειναι πολλά.
