Chronic Hepatopathies - Viral Hepatitis

Μπορεί να έχω κολλήσει κάτι από αίμα στο μάτι ως νέα οδοντίατρος με χαμηλά αντισώματα ηπατίτιδας Β;

Καλησπέρα. Είμαι νέα οδοντιατρος και κατά τη διάρκεια μια θεραπειας πετάχτηκε αίμα στο μάτι μου. Θα ήθελα να αναφέρω πως τον Αύγουστο του 2021 έκανα επανάληψη του εμβολίου της ηπατιτιδας Β γιατί δεν είχα καθόλου αντισωματα και ανέβηκαν μόνο στα 95. Έπειτα τα ξανά έλεγξα τον Μαΐο του 22 και είχαν πέσει στα 45. Έκτοτε δεν τα έχω ελέγξει. Υπάρχει περίπτωση να έχουν πέσει κάτω από 10 και αν ναι μπορεί να έχω κολλήσει κάτι μέσω αυτής της οδου? Να αναφέρω ότι ο ασθενής δεν ανέφερε να έχει κάτι, αλλά μέσω κάποιων συμπεριφορών θεώρησα ότι μπορεί να είναι ναρκομανής.

  • Δεν θα ανησυχούσα αλλά θα πρότεινα να να δείτε ξανά έναν τίτλο αντισωμάτων μήπως χρειάζεται αναμνηστική δόση. Παράλληλα θα πρέπει να εξεταστείτε και για HIV και ηπατίτιδα c και να επαναλαμβάνετε τον έλεγχο μέχρι και 6 μήνες μετά την έκθεση.
