Αξονική χωρίς σκιαγραφικό για αιμαγγείωμα στο συκώτι;
Καλησπέρα σας. Πρόσφατα έκανα υπέρηχο άνω κάτω κοιλίας... βρέθηκε πιθανόν αιμαγγείωμα 2 εκ. στο συκώτι....πριν ενάμιση μήνα πέρασα έρπη ζωστήρα... είμαι διαβητική τύπου 2 κάνω ινσουλίνη παίρνω χάπι για χοληστερίνη, θυρεοειδή... αυτά είναι η σταθερή θεραπεία μου...το τελευταίο δίμηνο έχω πάρει αρκετά φάρμακα και για τον έρπη και για καρπιαίου σωλήνα πόνους, κλπ. θέλω να κάνω αξονική χωρίς σκιαγραφικό...θα έχει αποτέλεσμα για καθαρή διάγνωση....τι άλλο πρέπει να κάνω; Ευχαριστώ πολύ *Επίσης δεν απεικονίζεται σωστά η κατάσταση στα εσωτερικά όργανα του υπερήχου που έκανα λόγω αεροπληθίας.

Ναι θα έχουμε ξεκάθαρη εικόνα με αξονική με ενδοφλέβιο σκιαγραφικό. Το αιμαγγειωμα είναι τυχαίο εύρημα δεν σχετίζεται με νοσήματα ή φαρμακα
