Καλησπέρα, ήθελα να ρωτήσω ο πεθερός μου 85 χρόνων έκανε την εξέταση nt-probnp 860 ο γιατρός του είπε έχει σοβαρή καρδιακή ανεπάρκεια. Του έδωσε στεφανιογραφία την οποία αρνείται να κάνει και δεν θέλει φαρμακευτική αγωγή. Τι προσδόκιμο ζωής υπάρχει;

Αναλογα αν ειναι συστολικη ή με διατηρημένο το κλασμα εξωθησης. Στην πρωτη 40-50% προσδοκιμο επιβιωσης στην πενταετία . Στη δεύτερη πολυ καλυτερα, αλλα στα 85 ετη σαφως με χειροτερα αποτέλεσματα κι οι δυο γιατι σιγουρα υπαρχουν συχνες συνυπαρχουσες επιβαρυντικες παθήσεις.
