Είναι σωστή η χορήγηση Rifacol και ηλεκτρολυτών για εμπύρετη γαστρεντερίτιδα;
Γεια σας .είναι η 2η μέρα που ο πυρετός φτάνει μέχρι 39 κάθε 6-7 ώρες και έχω διάρροια και ο παθολόγος που πήγα μου έδωσε rifacol ενώ διάβασα ότι αν είναι εμπύρετη γαστρεντερίτιδα δεν χορηγείται και ηλεκτρολύτες.θεωρείτε σωστό αυτό που μου έδωσε ?

Ηλεκτρολύτες (Almora) θα χρειστείτε αν κάνετε αρκετές διάρροιες. Όσο για την αντιβίοση συνήθως δίνουμε όταν η εικόνα της κοιλιάς του ασθενούς δεν είναι καλή, όταν παρατείνεται η νόσος, όταν υπάρχει έντονος πόνος ή όταν οι διάρροιες είναι είτε πράσινες είτε με αίμα. Οπότε θα πρέπει να μιλήσετε με τον γιατρό σας (μπορεί να μην του άρεσε κάτι στην εξέταση).
