Καλησπέρα. Η συντομογραφία σημαίνει Δομές Μέσης Γραμμής (ΔΜΓ) αμετάθετες. Τα δομικά στοιχεία του εγκεφάλου, που (φυσιολογικά) βρίσκονται στη μέση γραμμή, πράγματι (και αισίως) εντοπίζονται κεντρικά και δεν παρατηρείται παρεκτόπιση τους. Είναι φυσιολογικό εύρημα. Ερμηνεύεται πάντα σε συνδυασμό με το υπόλοιπο πόρισμα της αξονικής εγκεφάλου.
