Είναι σοβαρή η εστία υψηλού Τ2 σε μαγνητική εγκεφάλου για έμβοες;
Καλησπέρα σε μαγνητική εγκεφάλου που μου πρότεινε ο ωριλα και έκανα λόγω έμβοων γραφή τα παρακάτω"αναδυκνιεται μια εστία υψηλού Τ2/flair σήματος στην περικοιλιακη λευκή ουσία του αριστερού μετωπιαίου κέρατος και στο πρόσθιο σκέλος της αριστερής εδώ κάψας.Η εστία δεν εμπλουτίζεται μετά την ΕΦ χορήγηση παραμαγνητικης ουσίας και δεν εμφανίζει περιορισμό της μοριακής διαχισης του ύδατος.Ειμαι 35, χρόνων χωρίς προβλήματα υγείας θα ήθελα εάν μπορείτε να μου πείτε εάν είναι κάτι σοβαρό γιατί έχω αγχωθρι πολύ.(Να σημειώσω ότι την μαγνητική δεν καταφερα να την ολοκληρώσω γιατί είμαι κλειστοφοβικη)Ευχαριστώ
