Είναι πτυχιούχος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Πατρών και ειδικεύθηκε στη Γ’ Πανεπιστημιακή Κλινική Μαιευτικής - Γυναικολογίας του Πανεπιστημιακού Γενικού Νοσοκομείου "Αττικόν", στη Γυναικολογική Κλινική του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Αθηνών "Λαϊκό", καθώς και στη Χειρουργική Κλινική του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Αθηνών "Ελπίς". Είναι κάτοχος μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου την "Παθολογία της Κύησης" με βαθμό "Άριστα" και εκπονεί διδακτορική διατριβή στο Τμήμα Ιατρικής του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών με τίτλο "Εφαρμογή φωτοβιοθεραπείας στον κολπικό βλεννογόνο γυναικών με ουρογεννητικό σύνδρομο της εμμηνόπαυσης". Το κλινικό του ενδιαφέρον περιλαμβάνει τη Γυναικολογική Ενδοκρινολογία και την Εμμηνόπαυση. Είναι ISGE Certified Practitioner στην Ορμονική Θεραπεία στην Εμμηνόπαυση και στην Ορμονική Αντισύλληψη. Επιπλέον, είναι κάτοχος ICOG (Instructors Course in Obstetrics and Gynecology) και εκπαιδευτής ALSO (Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics). Είναι μέλος μέλος της British Fertility Society (BFS), της International Society of Gynecological Endocrinology (ISGE) και της European Society of Contraception and Reproductive Health (ESC). Διατελεί εκλεγμένος Γενικός Γραμματέας της Ελληνικής Εταιρείας Οικογενειακού Προγραμματισμού, Αντισύλληψης & Αναπαραγωγικής Υγείας. Τέλος, ο γιατρός έχει πλούσιο επιστημονικό έργο με δημοσιεύσεις σε ξένα και ελληνικά επιστημονικά περιοδικά και παρουσιάσεις σε διεθνή και ελληνικά συνέδρια. Είναι κάτοχος άδειας εκτέλεσης μαιευτικών και γυναικολογικών υπερήχων από το Κεντρικό Συμβούλιο Υγείας (ΚΕΣΥ). Είναι συνεργάτης της Μονάδας Υποβοηθούμενης Αναπαραγωγής ΥΓΕΙΑ IVF ΕΜΒΡΥΟΓΕΝΕΣΙΣ και της κλινικής ΜΗΤΕΡΑ.
