Θέλω να ρωτήσω αν η ουσία καπτοπρίλη (normolose) αποβάλλεται πλήρως με την αιμοκάθαρση ή όχι γιατί την πήρα για υπέρταση και αύξησε πολύ την κρεατινίνη

Καλησπέρα σας ναι αποβάλλεται με την αιμοκάθαρση και γι αυτό να την λαμβάνετε μετά την συνεδρία και όχι πριν..Όσο αφορά την κρεατινινη η αύξηση της στην αιμοκάθαρση δεν έχει πλέον σχέση με την νεφρική λειτουργία η οποία έχει αντικατασταθεί από την αιμοκάθαρση είναι πλέον δείκτης μυϊκής μάζας πιθανόν τρώτε καλύτερα και γι αυτό αυξήθηκε η κρεατινινη.Ελπίζω να σας βοήθησα. Ευχαριστώ πολύ
