Καλησπέρα σας, Είμαι γυναίκα 41 ετών με υποθυρεοειδισμό και βγήκαν θετικά τα αντιμιτοχονδριακά αντισώματα ΑΜΑ και τα Μ2. Οι αιματολογικές του συκωτιού φυσιολογικές. Αισθάνομαι κόπωση και στις γενικές εξετάσεις βρέθηκε έλλειψη της βιταμίνης D (9) και το φυλλικό οξύ. Σχετίζονται τα θετικά αντιμιτοχονδριακά αντισώματα με την έλλειψη της βιταμίνης D; Τι άλλες εξετάσεις προτείνετε να κάνω;
