Πρέπει να κάνω κάτι για τρεις κύστες ήπατος με μαγνητική 56 ετών γυναίκα;

Γυναίκα, 56 ετών. Έκανα μαγνητική με σκιαγραφικό κι έδειξε το ήπαρ με αυξημένες διαστάσεις, κεφαλοουριαία διάμετρος 17 εκ., ομαλό περίγραμμα. Τρεις κύστες εκ των οποίων η μεγαλύτερη είναι διχωρη 2,50 εκ. Πρέπει να κάνω κάτι? Ευχαριστώ πολύ
