Πώς να αντιμετωπίσει ένας 54χρονος με αρνητική ηπατίτιδα Β και μεταβαλλόμενο HBV DNA την ανάγκη για

Καλησπέρα άνδρας 54 ετών έχω διαγνωστεί με αρνητική ηπατίτιδα β εδώ και 30 χρόνια με παρακολούθηση κάθε 6 μήνες. Τρανσαμινάσες φυσιολογικές υπέρηχος καθαρός και HBV DNA κυμαίνεται από 1700 μέχρι 15000 IU/ml μέχρι τώρα δεν μου συστάθηκε θεραπεία αλλά στην τελευταία επίσκεψη στον γιατρό μου είπε ότι άλλαξαν οι συστάσεις και πρέπει να πάρω θεραπεία!! διότι το HBV DNA ανεβοκατεβαίνει. Επίσης σε λίγες μέρες θα κάνω και ελαστογραφία. Αλλά αισθάνομαι ότι ο γιατρός θέλει να ακολουθήσει τις νέες οδηγίες και να μου δώσει θεραπεία. Εσείς πώς θα συμβουλεύατε έναν τέτοιο ασθενή!!
