Πιθανότητα θετικού Anti-HBs / Anti-HBe λόγω εμβολιασμού πριν 7 χρόνια;
Καλησπέρα σας ήρθα σε επαφή χωρίς προφύλαξη!! Μετά από 48 ώρες έκανα εξετάσεις γιατί ήταν απλά προγραμματισμένο! Βγήκα θετική στο Anti-HBs / Anti-HBe με 21.90 υπάρχει πιθανότητα να είναι όποια ένδειξη από το εμβόλιο καθώς το έχω κάνει πριν 7 χρόνια και τις 2 δόσεις Και το HVI +II βγήκε 0.13 πρέπει να ανησυχήσω ;

Καλημέρα σας. Το αντίσωμα Anti-HBe εμφανίζεται μόνο σε περίπτωση μόλυνσης (συνήθως 8-16 εβδομάδες). Το σχήμα για την ηπατίτιδα Β που προτείνει το εθνικό πρόγραμμα εμβολιασμού είναι 3 (ή 4) δόσεις. Τόσο σύντομα μετά από μια επαφή δεν μπορούμε να γνωρίζουμε αν συνέβη κάτι. Καλό θα ήταν να κάνετε έλεγχο στον μήνα (ιδανικά με Elisa 4η γενιάς). Επιπλέον μπορείτε να συμβουλευτείτε και ίσως να λάβετε αγωγή PEP (post exposure prophylaxis) για τον HIV (εντός 72 ωρών) σε περίπτωση που ανησυχείτε για κάποια επαφή σας.
