Καλημέρα! Παίρνω αγωγή με endecavir 0.5 εδώ και 8 χρόνια με DNA ιικο φορτίο μην ανυχνευσιμο. Είμαι μεταδοτικός κατά την σεξουαλικη επαφη; Άλλη ερώτηση μου είναι πότε μπορεί να σταματήσει κάποιος την αγωγή; Υπάρχουν νέα φάρμακα που μπορούν να εκριζώσουν τον ιό ή θα υπάρχουν στα επόμενα χρόνια;

Όχι δεν είστε μεταδοτικός. Η διακοπή γίνεται πρακτικά μόνο με την απώλεια του HBsAg. Σε μερικές περιπτώσεις διακόπτουμε όταν ο ποσοτικός προσδιορισμός του HVsAg πέσει πολύ πχ κάτω από 100 IU. με τακτική παρακολούθηση. Αναμένονται πιθανώς νέα φάρμακα μελλοντικά αλλά δεν ξέρουμε ποτε
