Μεμβρανώδης σπειραματονεφρίτιδα και αυξημένη διάμετρος ήπατος: σοβαρότητα;
Γεια σας. Έχω μεμβρανώδη σπειραματονεφρίτιδα. Έκανα αξονική χωρίς σκιαγραφικό και βγήκε το ήπαρ με ήπια αυξημένη κεφαλουραία διάμετρο στα 16,3 εκ., ομαλή λοβώση περιγράμματος οργάνου και βαθμό λιπώδους διήθησης. Είναι κάτι σοβαρό;

Καλημέρα σας,η αξονική δείχνει ότι έχετε ελάχιστα αυξημένο το μέγεθος του ήπατος και λίπος αυτό σημαίνει ότι έχετε περισσότερα κιλά από το φυσιολογικό οπότε πρέπει να χάσετε βάρος ρύθμιση σωστή γλυκόζης,χοληστερίνη,τριγλυκερίδια.Αποφυγή αλκοόλ προσοχή στην υπερκατανάλωση παρακεταμόλη (depon).Ελπίζω να σας βοήθησα.Καλη συνέχεια και Ευχαριστώ πολύ.
