Η αύξηση HBsAg υποδηλώνει χρόνια ηπατίτιδα Β; Τι χρειάζεται να κάνω;
Καλησπέρα πριν ένα μήνα έκανα εξέταση αυστραλιανού αντιγόνου(HbsAg) και βγήκε 0,2( αρνητικό <1). Σήμερα ξαναέκανα τις εξής: HBsAg 0,34 (αρνητικό<1), Anti-HBc 0,17(αρνητικο<1), Anti-HBc IgM 0,24 (αρνητικό<1) και HBeAg 0,05 (αρνητικό <1). Θέλω να ρωτήσω τα εξής:Η μικρή αύξηση στην τιμή του αυστραλιανού αντιγόνου υποδηλώνει κάτι; Και αν με αυτές τις τιμές υπάρχει περίπτωση για ηπατίτιδα β σε χρόνια μορφή που δεν ανιχνεύεται;Χρειάζεται να κάνω κάτι άλλο ή είμαι καλυμμένος; Ευχαριστώ!
