Είναι ανησυχητική η ηπατομεγαλία 18 εκ. με φυσιολογική ηχογένεια;
Καλή σας ημέρα σε έναν υπέρηχο που είχα κάνει το 2022 έγραφε ότι διαπιστώθηκε βαθμός ηπατομεγαλίας 18 εκατοστά δεξιός λοβός και αριστερός λοβός 11 με φυσιολογική ηχογένεια της υφής του παρεγχύματος, στην κάτω επιφάνεια απεικονίστηκε τιτανωμένη εστία διαμέτρου ενός εκατοστού ως επί παλαιού τύπου κοκκιώματος, δεν ελέγχεται άλλου είδους σαφής εστιακή βλάβη.. η ακτινολόγος που το είχα κάνει μου είχε πει να μη δώσω σημασία γιατί μπορεί να είναι λόγω του ότι είμαι ψηλή, 1.80, επίσης και ο παθολόγος που το είχε δει μου είχε πει να μη δώσω σημασία εσείς τι λέτε για αυτό, το βρήκα τυχαία σε κάτι εξετάσεις που έψαχνα.
