Αύξηση αλκαλικής φωσφατάσης και έλλειψη βιταμίνης D σε νόσο Γουίλσον

Καλησπέρα σας. Είμαι 51 ετών. Όταν ήμουν 19 ετών διαγνώσθηκα με νόσο Γουίλσον, την οποία και ελέγχω κάθε χρόνο από τότε αφού εννοείται παίρνω θεραπεία. Εδώ και 7 χρόνια παρουσίασα μια ελαφριά αύξηση της αλκαλικής φωσφατάσης η οποία προέρχεται από οστικό κλάσμα 53%. Να αναφέρω έλλειψη βιταμίνης D η οποία ποτέ έρχεται σε φυσιολογικά επίπεδα ποτέ ξαναπέφτει. Πριν 5 χρόνια παρουσίασα ΑΜΑ Μ2 θετικά χωρίς εννοείται να γνωρίζω την ακριβή χρονολογία απλά τότε τα ανακάλυψα. Ελαστογραφία ήπατος 4,3 κιλοπασκάλ υπέρηχος κ.φ βιοχημικός ήπατος άψογος όλα αυτά έγιναν επαναλήφθηκαν πριν 20 μέρες. Διάγνωση του ηπατολόγου: ετήσιος έλεγχος όπως πάντα.
