Αυξημένες τρανσαμινάσες σε βρέφος 2,5 μηνών: αιτίες και ανησυχίες;
Καλησπέρα σας. Η μικρή μου 2μιση μηνών νοσηλεύτηκε στο νοσοκομείο επειδή έκανε πολλούς εμετούς (εκεί μας είπανε ότι μάλλον κάτι πέρασε). Την έκαναν εξετάσεις αίματος και ήταν τσιμπημένες οι τρανσαμινάσες. Επαναλάβαμε την εξέταση μετά από ένα μήνα και είδαμε ότι η Ασπαρτική Αμινοτρανσφεράση (SGOT) ήταν 77 και η Αμινοτρανσφεράση Αλανίνης (SGPT) 53. Κάνουμε επανεξέταση μετά από ενάμιση μήνα και η Ασπαρτική Αμινοτρανσφεράση (SGOT) πήγε 111 και η Αμινοτρανσφεράση Αλανίνης (SGPT) 56. Να σημειωθεί ότι το παιδί τρέφεται αποκλειστικά με θηλασμό και εγώ δεν πίνω καθόλου αλκοόλ ούτε ήπια ποτέ κατά τη διάρκεια της εγκυμοσύνης. Επίσης φάρμακα δεν έχει πάρει ποτέ, πέρα από τα εμβόλια, και εγώ το ίδιο μόνο κάποια φάρμακα που πήρα την περίοδο που γέννησα λόγω καισαρικής. Έκοψα και για 1μιση μήνα κάτι βιταμίνες που έπαιρνα μήπως ήταν από αυτό αλλά πάλι ανέβηκαν οπότε δεν ήταν αυτό. Κάναμε επίσης εξετάσεις για γ-Γλουταμυνοτρανσφεράση (γ-GT), Ολική Χολερυθρίνη, Άμεσος Χολερυθρίνη, Έμμεσος Χολερυθρίνη και TSH - Θυρεοτρόπος Ορμόνη οι οποίες βγήκαν πολύ καλές. Από τι πιστεύετε ότι προκαλείται αυτό; Πρέπει να κάνω κάτι περισσότερο στο παιδί για να το ψάξουμε; Είναι επικίνδυνο;
