Ψευδοπολύποδες στη χολή 80mm και διογκωμένο ήπαρ: Χρειάζεται αφαίρεση;
Είμαι 22 μου βρήκαν 2 ψευδοπολύποδες στη χολή με τον μεγαλύτερο 80 mm μαζί με διογκωμένο συκώτι. Έχω πόνο στην κοιλιά κάποιες φορές. Μπορεί να οφείλεται στους πολύποδες ή στο διογκωμένο ήπαρ; 20 εκατοστά είναι το ήπαρ χωρίς παρουσία λίπους. Υπάρχει περίπτωση να χρειαστώ κάποια στιγμή αφαίρεση χολής;

Οι πολύποδες δεν προκαλούν πόνο κ είναι συνήθως τυχαίο εύρημα.
Θα χρειαστεί να αφαιρέσετε την χολή σας αν αυξηθούν σε μέγεθος άνω του 1 εκατοστού.
Για το διογκωμένο ήπαρ ίσως χρειάζεται μια ηπατολογικη-παθολογική διερεύνηση.

Πιο πιθανό να οφείλεται στους πολύποδες. Εάν υπάρχουν συμπτώματα πιθανόν να χρειάζεστε χειρουργείο.

Ξαναδείτε τον υπέρηχο και ξαναγράψτε μου. 80mm πολύποδας δεν γίνεται.

Οι "πολύποδες" είναι αρχόμενες πέτρες,που τελικά θα πρέπει να γίνει χολοκυστεκτομή
