Καλησπέρα σας εδώ και 3 μήνες έχω αφορητους πόνους δεξιά κ στο στομάχι ακόμα κ νηστική έχω 2 πέτρες 0.03 χιλιοστά ξεκίνησα αλιπη δίαιτα βελτιώθηκε ελάχιστα πρέπει οπωσδήποτε να κάνω αφαίρεση άμεσα; Ευχαριστώ
