Πρέπει να γίνει χολοκυστεκτομή για ασυμπτωματική πέτρα 17mm στη χοληδόχο κύστη;

Γειά σας. Έχω μια πέτρα στη χοληδόχο κύστη από το 2020 σταθερών διαστάσεων 17 mm (υπέρηχος). Πρόσφατα έκανα MRCP και οι διαστάσεις βρέθηκαν 12 X 9 mm και ανιχνεύθηκε επίσης μικρή ποσότητα παχύρευστου ιζήματος. Επίσης πρόσφατα έκανα υπέρηχο και οι διαστάσεις είναι 17 mm και όγκος του ιζήματος ένα κυβικό εκατοστό. Δεν είχα και εξακολουθώ να μην έχω κανένα σύμπτωμα (πόνο, δυσπεψία, ενόχληση κτλ) Είμαι 51 ετών. Πρέπει να γίνει χολοκυστεκτομή;
