Καούρες και διάρροια μετά από αφαίρεση χολής: είναι μετεγχειρητικό;
Καλησπέρα έκανα αφαίρεση χολής 8 Μαΐου έχω ξεκινήσει δειλά δειλά με διατροφολόγο να τρώω όχι φυσικά τα πάντα. Όμως έχω παρατηρήσει πως κάποιες φορές έχω καούρες και όταν γίνεται αυτό μετά έχω κ διάρροια. Είναι μετεγχειρητικό αυτό; Σήμερα έφαγα λίγο γρήγορα και για πρώτη φορά καρότο και αμέσως μετά είχα τουαλέτα. Σας ευχαριστώ!

Μετα απο χολοκυστεκτομη μπορει να κανεις για αρκετο καιρό γαστροοισοφαγικη παλινδρομηση. Η διατροφή σου για ακομα τρεις μηνες μετα την εγχειρηση θα πρεπει να ειναι προσεκτική, δηλ, όχι πολλα λιπαρά, οχι γαλακτοκομικα και οχι χορτα φρουτα ή λαχανικά. Το καλυτερο θα ηταν να τρως βραστά.

Οι διάρροιες μετά την χολοκυστεκτομή είναι σύνηθες φαινόμενο κ οφείλεται σε δυσαπορροφηση χολικων οξέων. Χρειάζεται προσεκτική διατροφή και φαρμακευτική αγωγή σε μερικές περιπτώσεις.

Νωρίς να μην υπάρχουν διάφορα ενοχλήματα. Η δίαιτα δεν χρειάζεται διατροφολόγο,τα πάντα μπορεί να τρώτε,εκτός από λιπαρά γεύματα. Δηλαδή σάλτσες,βούτυρα,παχύ κρέας και πολλά λάδια.Αυτή η απαγόρευση μόνο γιά τον 1ο μήνα. Μετά ΤΑ ΠΑΝΤΑ
