Ασυμμετρη πάχυνση χοληδόχου κύστης και αδενωμυωμάτωση: Αφαίρεση ή παρακολούθηση;
Καλησπερα σας, πριν ενα χρονο εκανα ετησιο τσεκ απ και στον υπερηχο ανω και κατω κοιλιας εδειξε ασυμμετρη παχυνση χοληδοχου κυστης. Μετα απο 9 μηνες εκανα παλι υπερηχο και εδειξε το ιδιο με συμπληρωματικα να λεει οτι ειναι ενδειξη αδενωμυωματωσης. Εκανα μαγνητικη και mrcp και λεει στο συμπερασμα εντυπωση παρουσιας περιορισμενης εκτασης αλλοιωσεων αδενομυωματωσης στη χοληδοχο κυστη. Εχω παει σε δυο χειρουργους διευθυντες σε κρατικα νοσοκομειο και ο ενας μου λεει οτι εφοσον δεν εχω κανενα συμπτωμα δεν χρειαζεται αφαιρεση απλα παρακολουθηση καθε χρονο με υπερηχο, ο αλλος ειναι της λογικης να αφαιρεθει για προληψη. Εγω δεν θελω να την αφαιρεσω γιατι πραγματικα δεν εχω κανενα συμπτωμα, ειμαι 33 χρονων και δεν θελω να εχω δισπεψιες χωρις κανενα λογο, Βοηθεια?
