Φάρμακα για διάρροια χολικού οξέος μετά από αφαίρεση χολής; Χρήση imodium;
Καλησπέρα σας. Μετά από αφαίρεση χολής (περίπου πριν 1 χρόνο) έχω ακόμα διάρροιες και πιστεύω ότι πάσχω από Διάρροια Χολικού Οξέος (BAD). Μπορείτε να μου πείτε ποια φάρμακα είναι κατάλληλα για αυτή την περίπτωση και επίσης κάθε πότε είναι λογικό να χρησιμοποιώ το imodium? Το παίρνω μια φορά την βδομάδα ως τώρα αλλά μετά από 3 περίπου μέρες η διάρροια επιστρέφει.

Η BAD έχει αιτίες (όχι απλά μια χολοκυστεκτομή) που θα πρέπει να διερευνηθούν, όπως επίσης και κάθε μορφής χρόνιο διαρροϊκό σύνδρομο. Να σας δει γαστρεντερολόγος. Όσο για το Immodium μπορείτε να το παίρνετε και πιο συχνά.
