Είναι δυνατόν να φύγουν πέτρες από τον κοινό χοληδόχο πόρο μόνες τους;
είχα πετρες στον κοινό χοληδοχο πορο που δεν βγηκαν με μια αποτυχημενη ercp επειδη σταματησαν λογω μικρης αιμορραγιας λογω ερεθισμενων αγγειων κλπ. Εβαλα σωληνακι προς το παρον. Όμως επαθα μετα χολοκυστιτιδα και εβαλαν εξωδερματικη παροχετευση και έχω αυτό το ειδικό σακούλι για 6 η 8 εβδομάδες. Προγραμματιζομαι για δευτερη φορα για ercp. Εν το μεταξυ εκανα mrcp και δεν αναφέρουν καθόλου το πλαστικό σωληνάριο 7 εκ που έβαλαν προσωρινά στα χοληφορα ούτε για πετρες που είχα στον κοινό χοληδοχο πορο. Είναι δυνατόν να έφυγαν οι πετρες στα καλά καθουμενα; Είχαν και οξείες ακρες

Το stent μπορεί να έφυγε από μόνο του αναλόγως του τύπου του stent αλλά να έχουν φύγει και οι πέτρες είναι δύσκολο. Τέλος πάντων όλα θα απαντηθούν στην ERCP που θα κάνετε.
