Αφαίρεση χολής λόγω πολύποδων και φλεγμονής: πρέπει να ανησυχώ;
Γεια σας! Έκανα αφαίρεση χολής έπειτα από διάγνωση 2 πολύποδων! Ο ένας 11 χιλιοστά και ο άλλος 2.5 χιλιοστά! Είχα και φλεγμονή! Θα πρέπει να ανησυχώ τώρα;

Ο χειρουργός σας θα σας δώσει την απάντηση της ιστολογικής. Μετά από αυτό θα καθοριστεί και το εαν έχετε να ανησυχείτε για κάτι ή όχι. Οι πολύποδες της χοληδόχου κύστης σπάνια πάντως "κρύβουν" κάτι επιπλέον.

Όχι. Θα πρέπει ωστόσο ο χειρουργός σας να έχει δει την ιστολογική εξέταση (βιοψία) της χολής για να αποκλειστεί και η ελάχιστη πιθανότητα για οποιοδήποτε θέμα (πάρα πολύ σπάνια οι πολύποδες αυτοί αποτελούν πραγματικό πρόβλημα). Η ποιότητα της ζωής σας δε θα πρέπει να επηρεαστεί στο ελάχιστο από την εγχείρηση αυτήν.
