Αδενομύωση με πάχυνση τοιχώματος χολής: επείγουσα αντιμετώπιση?

Σε υπέρηχο που έκανα προληπτικά, μου είπαν ότι μάλλον έχω αδενομυωση. Φαίνεται μια ομοιόμορφη πάχυνση του τοιχώματος της χολής. Συκώτι και πάγκρεας είναι φυσιολογικά. Δεν έχω κανένα απολύτως σύμπτωμα. Που πρέπει να απευθυνθώ και πόσο επείγον είναι???
