Πότε είναι καλύτερο να γίνει υστεροσκοπική αφαίρεση πολύποδα ενδομητρίου;
Γεια σας. Είμαι 35 ετών και έχω έναν πολύποδα στο ενδομήτριο. Το 2021 είχα κάνει ξανά υστεροσκοπική αφαίρεση. Ο γυναικολόγος που είχα πάει την πρώτη φορά μου είχε πει να κάνουμε το χειρουργείο αμέσως μόλις μου τελειώσει η περίοδος ώστε να είμαι ξεπρησμένη για μπορέσει να πιάσει πιο καλά τη ρίζα. Ο δεύτερος που πάω τώρα μου λέει το κάνουμε όποτε θέλεις δεν παίζει ρόλο. Τελικά τι ισχύει? Παίζει ρόλο σε ποια φάση του κύκλου θα κάνω το χειρουργείο? Σας ευχαριστώ!

Δεν παιζει κανεναν ρολο η ημερα του κυκλου.

Ισχύει αυτό που σας είπε ο πρώτος γυναικολόγος. Η υστεροσκοπηση γίνεται σε συγκεκριμένη ημέρα τ κύκλου αμέσως μετά την περίοδο.

Η καλύτερη φάση του κύκλου ειναι αμέσως μετα την περιοδο, ώστε να ειναι λεπτό το ενδομητριο για να φανεί τυχόν παθολογια.
